We’ve all been in this particular situation before, where you’re on one of your favorite websites and asked to complete a survey. On the one hand you want to share some feedback, but on the other, can you really be bothered?
You think for a moment and decide you’ll do it. So you start completing it, but after a minute or two, it gets complicated, seems like it’ll never end and you decide that your time would be better spent looking at photos of people you don’t even know on Facebook.
At ClickTale, we’re always interested in hearing what our customers have to say and one of the ways we listen is through surveys. So it dawned on us, wouldn’t it be great if we knew a little about the customer experience of someone actually filling them out. For example:
- Which questions were difficult for visitors to answer?
- Which questions prompted customers to abandon the survey altogether?
- Were customers navigating their way through the survey easily or did they have to look around to find the next step?
It was obvious! We needed to run ClickTale on our surveys! That way we could optimize them to ensure that they were as easy as they possibly could be. We got together with our friends at SurveyGizmo and are now proud to launch a brand new integration!
Just insert your ClickTale tracking code within their user-friendly interface and immediately start watching recordings of visitors completing your survey and analyze them with Form Analytics, Heatmaps and Conversion Funnels. For more information on this integration, visit our wiki.
We like it and we hope you will too!
